Welcome. Whatever brought you to this site, whether you're interested in returning back to therapy or are considering therapy for the first time, congratulations on putting your needs first. Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about your relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be I am here to offer support. My primary goal as a Clinician is to help you to be a better version of yourself. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and in sessions I promote behavioral transformation through a lens of compassion while building on your strengths and teaching new coping skills that can help you manage whatever life situation you are currently challenged with. Asking for help is a strength and I am here to help you through the journey.
